Fellows Programme Structure

The Akshaya Patra Foundation's Social Innovation Fellows Programme  is a year-long engagement enterprise with a well-defined structure that ensures maximum learning.

Two Week Orientation: Understand the Mid-Day Meal programme structure and organisational functions at The Akshaya Patra Foundation

Impact Track: Fellows are assigned their primary area of functioning such as Operations, Communication, Outreach, Resource Mobilisation etc. and are given a blue-print of the innovation projects identified for that particular track

Project Design & Plan: Fellows, with mentoring from Innovation & Functional heads, develop and present a road-map for project execution

Project Execution: Fellows begin work on the project plan 

In addition to their special project, fellows also take part in other training and learning programmes 

Stipend & Remuneration: Fellows will be paid INR 25,000/- every month to partially cover their living expenses. Fellows will be responsible for arranging for their own accommodation. Any work related travel expenses will be reimbursed
